One small point that might be worth mentioning - do you use anything
like Peerguardian ? (if not it might be worthwhile)

Its linked on the right hand side of the main site as PeerGuardian 2,
and may help stop certain parties who want to restrict distribution of
files to something they profit from (which, perversely, would also
include lawsuits !)...
You might want to include adware / p2p / spyware amongst the basic
lists when you install, and it might also be worth going via the
"settings" tab and switching off logging (I had a 96Mb logfile at one
point...)
When it first loads it will generate a cache list (can take 10 secs or
so) of all the sites it needs to filter out, and will then act like a
selective firewall and refuse connections to / from blocked sites :-)
Mine is currently blocking 661003402 IP addresses ! :-p
